Items that Cannot Be Returned

There are certain instances where we are unable to accept returns or cancel orders:

  • Selection Errors: If you’ve chosen the wrong size, color, or product type.
  • Image Quality: If the product’s image quality is considered acceptable.
  • Order Mistakes: If the order was placed in error or if you’re no longer interested.
  • Time Limit: Orders cannot be canceled after 12 hours as they are usually shipped within this timeframe.
  • Coupon Codes: Refunds are not accepted when a coupon code has been used. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.

Return and Refund Guidelines

We gladly accept returns and refunds for the following reasons:

  • Lost Orders: If an order is lost in transit, we will dispatch a replacement at no additional cost. A tracking number will be provided to determine the status of the order.
  • Quality Concerns: If the product has any of the following issues upon receipt:
    • Unclear printed image
    • Off-centered printed image
    • Incorrect package contents
    • Damage during delivery (e.g., torn, dirty)
    • Incorrect size, color, or style compared to the order
    • Other mistakes caused by us

Refund Process

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the order. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping fees will be deducted from the refund amount.

Refund Scenarios

Full refunds will be granted in the following cases:

  • Duplicate orders: One order will be canceled and refunded.
  • Damaged/faulty items: Replacement orders will be prioritized, but if a refund is preferred, store credit or a refund will be processed upon receipt of the returned item(s).

  • Eligible items must be unused, in their original packaging, unworn, and undamaged.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Return Address: Please return the item(s) to the sender’s address printed on the package label.

  • Once we receive your return, you’ll receive an email notification.
  • Refunds will be approved or rejected promptly.
  • Processing time for refunds may take 3-5 business days.
